Apple Banana Kale Green Smoothie
I usually double this recipe and have it for breakfast.
Ingredients
1/2 apple chopped
1/2 banana chopped, frozen
Handful of spinach/kale, ribs removed
1/2c almond, coconut or cashew milk
1 Tbsp gluten-free oats
Directions
Combine in a blender until very well blended, you want the greens finely chopped.
