Apple Banana Kale Green Smoothie

I usually double this recipe and have it for breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 apple chopped

  • 1/2 banana chopped, frozen

  • Handful of spinach/kale, ribs removed

  • 1/2c almond, coconut or cashew milk

  • 1 Tbsp gluten-free oats

Directions

  • Combine in a blender until very well blended, you want the greens finely chopped.
