Boiled Yellow Squash
Ingredients
3-4 yellow squash, cut into 1/4” rounds
SWEET onion, cut into roughly same size pieces as squash rounds
Milk
Garlic powder
Salt
Pepper
Directions
Boil in water until very soft. Drain all liquid.
Season with (almond) milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder and thicken with potato starch.
