Boiled Yellow Squash

Ingredients

  • 3-4 yellow squash, cut into 1/4” rounds

  • SWEET onion, cut into roughly same size pieces as squash rounds

  • Milk

  • Garlic powder

  • Salt

  • Pepper

Directions

  • Boil in water until very soft. Drain all liquid.

  • Season with (almond) milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder and thicken with potato starch.
