Coconut Aminos Ginger Stir Fry Sauce
Ingredients
1/2c coconut aminos
1/2c stock or broth (chicken, beef or vegetable)
1T potato starch
1T honey (optional)
1t sesame seed oil
1t rice vinegar
1/2T ground ginger (or 2” piece of ginger, peeled and grated)
2 minced garlic cloves
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Makes about 1 cup. Will keep refrigerated in an airtight container for 1 week.
