Coconut Aminos Ginger Stir Fry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2c coconut aminos

  • 1/2c stock or broth (chicken, beef or vegetable)

  • 1T potato starch

  • 1T honey (optional)

  • 1t sesame seed oil

  • 1t rice vinegar

  • 1/2T ground ginger (or 2” piece of ginger, peeled and grated)

  • 2 minced garlic cloves

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients. Makes about 1 cup. Will keep refrigerated in an airtight container for 1 week.
