Crock Pot Pulled Pork
Ingredients
1 3-4 lb pork roast
1/3 cup broth
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup coconut aminos
2t minced garlic
2t potato starch
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Place roast in slow cooker. Whisk sauce ingredients (except potato starch) in a small bowl, then pour over roast.
Cook on low 8-10 hours for fall-apart, super tender roast (or high 4-6 hours).
Shred meat with two forks.
Whisk 2t potato starch with 2T cold water, pour over roast and stir.
Drizzle extra sauce over meat prior to serving.
