Dutch Babies
Ingredients
2/3c milk
2/3c flour
3 eggs
1/2 stick butter
Lemon
Powdered sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 400f
If using cast iron, preheat pan
Blend eggs for 1 minute on high in blender
Slowly add milk while continuing to blend
Slowly add flour while continuing to blend
Melt 1/2 stick of butter in baking dish (about 2 minutes in oven)
Pour batter into baking dish
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes
Serve -> Squeeze lemon juice over and sprinkle liberally with powdered sugar
