Dutch Babies

Ingredients

  • 2/3c milk

  • 2/3c flour

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/2 stick butter

  • Lemon

  • Powdered sugar

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400f

  • If using cast iron, preheat pan

  • Blend eggs for 1 minute on high in blender

  • Slowly add milk while continuing to blend

  • Slowly add flour while continuing to blend

  • Melt 1/2 stick of butter in baking dish (about 2 minutes in oven)

  • Pour batter into baking dish

  • Bake for 18 to 20 minutes

  • Serve -> Squeeze lemon juice over and sprinkle liberally with powdered sugar
