Keto Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 13.5oz can unsweetened coconut milk

  • 2T chia seeds

  • Cinnamon or cocoa powder, optional

Directions

  • Shake the can of unsweetened coconut milk to combine.

  • Mix coconut milk and chia seeds well and pour into 2 small bowls.

  • Cover and refrigerate, stirring after the first 1 or 2 hours.

  • Let sit in the fridge overnight, or for at least 4 to 6 hours.

  • Optionally, add a dash of cinnamon or cocoa powder on top.

  • Stir one last time before serving.
