Keto Chia Pudding
Ingredients
1 13.5oz can unsweetened coconut milk
2T chia seeds
Cinnamon or cocoa powder, optional
Directions
Shake the can of unsweetened coconut milk to combine.
Mix coconut milk and chia seeds well and pour into 2 small bowls.
Cover and refrigerate, stirring after the first 1 or 2 hours.
Let sit in the fridge overnight, or for at least 4 to 6 hours.
Optionally, add a dash of cinnamon or cocoa powder on top.
Stir one last time before serving.
