Oven Roasted Brisket
Ingredients
4 Lbs beef brisket
1/2 cup beef broth
Dry rub ->
2 Tbsp cumin
3 Tbsp paprika
2 Tbsp cracked pepper
1 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp oregano
1/4c garlic powder
1 tsp cayenne
2 tsp dry mustard
Directions
Trim any excess fat. Combine dry rub ingredients and rub all over brisket.
Bake in a foil lined pan for 1hr @ 350f uncovered.
Add 1/2c beef broth to pan, cover with foil, cook an additional 3hr @ 300f until meat shreds easily with a fork.
