Roasted Pepitas
Ingredients
16oz raw pepitas
2t olive oil
1/2t sea salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350f.
Add pepitas and olive oil to a bowl and stir well.
Stir in salt.
Spread the pepitas onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, stir and spread the pepitas half way through.
Allow to cool before transferring to an air tight container.
