Roasted Pepitas

Ingredients

  • 16oz raw pepitas

  • 2t olive oil

  • 1/2t sea salt

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350f.

  • Add pepitas and olive oil to a bowl and stir well.

  • Stir in salt.

  • Spread the pepitas onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  • Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, stir and spread the pepitas half way through.

  • Allow to cool before transferring to an air tight container.
