Teriyaki Sauce
Great for stir fry with chicken or pork.
Ingredients
1/4 cup coconut aminos
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
5 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1-2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons potato starch
1/3 cup cold water
Directions
Mix everything except the potato starch and 1/3c cold water in a sauce pan and heat to a simmer.
Mix potato starch and cold water in a cup and dissolve. Slowly add to the pan while stirring with a whisk.
Promptly remove from heat when sauce thickens to desired thickness.
