Teriyaki Sauce

Great for stir fry with chicken or pork.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos

  • 1 cup water

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 5 tablespoons packed brown sugar

  • 1-2 tablespoons honey

  • 2 tablespoons potato starch

  • 1/3 cup cold water

Directions

  • Mix everything except the potato starch and 1/3c cold water in a sauce pan and heat to a simmer.

  • Mix potato starch and cold water in a cup and dissolve. Slowly add to the pan while stirring with a whisk.

  • Promptly remove from heat when sauce thickens to desired thickness.
