Vegan Banana Bread Bites
Ingredients
1 ripe banana
1c oats
1t vanilla extract
2T almond butter
Ground cinnamon
Directions
In a bowl, mash the ripe banana. Add almond butter and vanilla extract, mix well. Then add the oats.
Sprinkle some ground cinnamon to taste and mould into small balls.
Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 350f for 20 minutes.
Allow to cool and drizzle some honey and additional ground cinnamon to taste.
