Vegan Banana Bread Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1c oats

  • 1t vanilla extract

  • 2T almond butter

  • Ground cinnamon

Directions

  • In a bowl, mash the ripe banana. Add almond butter and vanilla extract, mix well. Then add the oats.

  • Sprinkle some ground cinnamon to taste and mould into small balls.

  • Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 350f for 20 minutes.

  • Allow to cool and drizzle some honey and additional ground cinnamon to taste.
