Vegan Butter
* While not strictly required, unrefied coconut oil will impart a strong coconut flavor which may not be desired.
Ingredients
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup almond milk
1 cup refined* coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup olive oil
1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp salt
Directions
Pour the apple cider vinegar and almond milk into a food processor and let sit for 5 minutes
Add the coconut oil, olive oil, nutritional yeast and salt
Process for 1 minute in food processor
