Vegan Butter

* While not strictly required, unrefied coconut oil will impart a strong coconut flavor which may not be desired.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1/4 cup almond milk

  • 1 cup refined* coconut oil, melted

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast

  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  • Pour the apple cider vinegar and almond milk into a food processor and let sit for 5 minutes

  • Add the coconut oil, olive oil, nutritional yeast and salt

  • Process for 1 minute in food processor
