Vegan Egg Subsitute

Works well in muffins, cupcakes, pancakes, cookies, brownies, quick breads.

Ingredients

  • 1T whole chia seeds

  • 3T water

  • or

  • 1T ground flax seeds

  • 2.5T water

Directions

  • If using chia seeds, mix together and let stand 5 minutes.

  • If using flax seeds, whisk together and let stand 15 minutes.
