Vegan Egg Subsitute
Works well in muffins, cupcakes, pancakes, cookies, brownies, quick breads.
Ingredients
1T whole chia seeds
3T water
or
1T ground flax seeds
2.5T water
Directions
If using chia seeds, mix together and let stand 5 minutes.
If using flax seeds, whisk together and let stand 15 minutes.
